Tony,
a 25 year veteran in the meat business, makes his own Italian sausages daily,
which include Hot, Sweet, Pepper & Onion, Cheese & Parsley (Cervalat),
Chicken and everyone's new favorite Bratwurst, perfect for the backyard grill
and tailgate parties. Not to be overlooked are the mouth-watering meats displayed
in the butcher case.
We personally
"Dry-age" our
USDA choice
steaks 3 weeks.
Dry-aging reduces
water content
and increases
flavor. Only then
are they ready
to be hand cut
to order and
trimmed into
thick and tender
premium steaks.
